Refund and Returns policy

Petty Criminals accept returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return postage. No products may be returned to Petty Criminals without the prior written consent of Petty Criminals.

Cancelling your order and refunds

You are free to cancel an order within 14 days. Goods will need to be returned at your cost and will then be refunded to the account the order originally was paid from.

Refunds

You are free to cancel an order within 14 days and return the item(s). Please email nigel@nigelminchin.com in the first instance before posting any items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

You may wish to consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing postal insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
